Like I said before that the older domain is more trust by Google than the new one. So we should find the old domain name and of course the domain name is match with our main keyword. As an example, if our main keyword is “Travel Guide,” we should take travelguide.com. Actually, this tip would force you spend lots of money.
Here I will like to tell you to avoid the domain name which contains dash in it and avoid too long domain name, such as get-travel-guide-info.com. This is bad domain because it is too long and hard to remember.
Last, I will explain about domain extensions. I think every blogger know that the .com extension is the best domain extension for website. But, it will cost more than other extensions, like .net and .org. If you are just targeting local market not the global market, you should use the country extensions, like .CA, .AU, CO.UK. Because it is contains more power in the country where you are targeting. So, be careful to choose the best domain for your website in order to make its friendly with SEO game.
